EVENT DETAILS

The event will be taking place at The Rudolf Steiner House Theatre, 35 Park Road, Marylebone, London NW1 6XT on Sunday 3rd November 2019. Baker Street and Marylebone Underground Stations are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Doors will open at 11:30am and the screening will start at 1:00pm, followed by a Q and A session, and signing session*. The event will finish at 6:30pm.

But that's not all!

There will a selection of props and costumes on display, plus a professional photo studio where you will have the opportunity to have your photo with the cast and crew, and a photo taken with life size Sil and Lord Kiv costumes!

Silver ticket holders will receive a limited edition DVD or Blu Ray cover that has been created especially for the event which the cast and crew will sign as part of your ticket.

There will be the opportunity to purchase copies of Sil And The Devil Seed Of Arodor on DVD and Blu-Ray, as well as other choices from the Reeltime productions range.

Telos Publishing will also be in attendance selling copies of Sil And The Devil Seeds Of Arodor novelisation, written by Philip Martin.

The onsite cafe will be selling a range of food, snacks and soft drinks.

**Please note that the cast and crew will only be signing the cover as part of the ticket you have purchased. Your inclusive autographs may not be used for any other items.

There will be the opportunity to purchase extra autographs from the guests at £10 per signature per guest. This can be used for any item from your own collection or on a 10x8 photo, which will be on sale for £5.00 each.

Additional autograph tokens will need to be purchased during registration or prior to the signing session.

Filming, photography and autograph policy

Please note that any type of filming or recording is not permitted at the event. Anyone found to be doing so, will be asked to leave the event immediately and no refund will be given.

You are welcome to take pictures at the event with the exception of the screening. Anyone found to being doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately and no refund will be given.

A professional photo studio will be taking place at the event. You will be able to have your picture taken with cast and crew alongside props and costumes from the production. Photo studio tokens will be on sale during registration. Prices will start from £15 for the photographs with one guest and the group photo with all the guests in attendance will cost £30.00. There may be up to two attendees in the photo. You will receive a 10 x 8 print will be ready for you after the Q&A.

All guests will be taking part in an autograph session. Please do not approach any of the guests for autographs outside of the signing session. We also politely ask that you do not ask for autographs from any other celebrities who may be in attendance. Anyone found to be doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately and no refund will be given.
